	Alexander “Sandie” Pendleton has over 20 years of experience as a business lawyer and business litigator. As a business lawyer, he has provided legal services to numerous global companies, Fortune 500 companies, and countless other businesses of all sizes in a variety of areas, including incorporation, shareholder disputes, trademarks, IP license agreements, executive employment agreements, M&A, antitrust compliance, supply agreements, dealership disputes, and legal liability risk management.
